Approximately 9 pages in
length, a Written Assessment Report consists of
Charts of each area of Personality (ie Communication Skills) followed by
a paragraph combining the findings of that Chart.
- Charts are ranked in order of importance to this particular situation,
and an overall ranking is provided at the end, allowing you, when for example
you have several job candidates, to see at a glance who scores highest, and also
in what areas they are strongest or weakest.
- All charts are adaptable to your needs.
- You can ask any questions and the answers will be included in the
report to the extent that they show in the writing.
- An optional follow up consultation is part of this package
How to order:
1. E-mail a scanned in copy of the
writing you want to have analyzed
(If you prefer to mail it, please
contact Fiona for the mailing address)
2. In your e-mail include information about the type of position for which you
are hiring, including any specific personality traits you know you are looking
for (positive or negative.)
3. Click on the PayPal Button immediately below to pay for your first one hour
session. The cost is $125 US.
4. We will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of both handwriting and
payment.
5. Within one working week, we will e-mail your report to you.
6. Your report includes an optional follow up consultation by e-mail. Once
you have studied your report, you may ask any questions you wish, by e-mail,
regarding this report. This consultation offer is valid for a period of 2
weeks after you receive your report.

Verbal Consultation
You can ask anything you
want, and I will reply to the extent to which it shows in the writing.
Questions like:
- Will this person take initiative?
- Can this person work unsupervised?
- Is this person open to new ideas and flexible?
- Will this person be willing to learn new things?
- Does this person get along well with others?
- Would this person be good at dealing with customers/ clients?
You can discuss several
people during one Consultation.
- Consultations are based on an hourly rate, so depending on how many questions
you have to ask about each person, you can find out about several individuals in
a single consultation.
- This is the most economical way to go
- You may record the consultations should you wish.
Fees for Verbal Consultations
are based on an flat hourly rate.
One hour if sufficient for
most consultations. Another appointment can be scheduled at your request,
should you require more information.
