Consultations and Report Assessments
We offer both
Verbal Consultation
and
Written Report Assessments for Hiring and Promoting,
People-Problem Resolution and Team Assessment.
Whenever a decision has to be
made about who to hire, promote, put into a team or how to solve personal
conflicts in the workplace, assessing the personality of the individual or
individuals involved gives you the power to make informed decisions.
Verbal
Consultations:
- Imagine... if you
could sit down with 5 people who know the individual-in-question better than
anyone else in the world.
- Imagine... asking these people any questions you like and getting
totally truthful, straightforward answers.
Would that help you make
your decision?
Of course it would!
That is how a Personal
Consultation works.
- You supply handwriting and
ask the questions
- I look at the handwriting and answer the questions.
It's as simple as that.
What can I analyze from
the writing?
- The entire Personality of the writer
- Personal Qualities, Aptitudes, Potential
- Strengths and Weaknesses
- All the Soft Skills - or the lack thereof
You can ask anything you
want, and I will reply to the extent to which it shows in the writing.
Questions like:
- Will this person take initiative?
- Can this person work unsupervised?
- Is this person open to new ideas and flexible?
- Will this person be willing to learn new things?
- Does this person get along well with others?
- Would this person be good at dealing with customers/ clients?
You can discuss several
people during one Consultation.
- Consultations are based on an hourly rate, so depending on how many questions
you have to ask about each person, you can find out about several individuals in
a single consultation.
- This is the most economical way to go
- You may record the consultations should you wish.
Fees for Verbal Consultations
are based on an flat hourly rate (one hour is usually sufficient per writing
sample, or can be split between several for a less in depth analysis on each)

Written Report Assessments
The Written Report Assessment works the same way as the Consultation
except the information is in writing, and each Report can only deal with one
individual.
- You tell me what you are looking for, any other information you
consider important for this situation.
- Based on your instructions/ information I provide a Written Report
Assessment:
- Approximately 9 pages in length, a Written Assessment Report consists of
Charts of each area of Personality (ie Communication Skills) followed by
a paragraph combining the findings of that Chart.
- Charts are ranked in order of importance to this particular situation,
and an overall ranking is provided at the end, allowing you, when for example
you have several job candidates, to see at a glance who scores highest, and also
in what areas they are strongest or weakest.
- All charts are adaptable to your needs.
- You can ask any questions and the answers will be included in the
report to the extent that they show in the writing.
- An optional follow up consultation is part of this package
